Missing In Action...

For the past few months, I'm missing in action. Got accepted at a call center. I have been working here for eight months already. I'm a regular employee already. I'm in a place where I don't speak the vernacular. Actually I'm in Bacolod City... Enjoying the city and the people. At first I thought I would not last, my mindset before was take it one month at a time. Next thing I knew, 8 months already passed. YEY! YES! I AM NOT A BUM ANYMORE! HAHAHAHAHA Enjoying the independence, food and the city particularly. Actually the pay is what I enjoy the most. Good thing I've new friends who brought me to the right places to eat and drink. I even know places even the ones from here does not know. Have to go... it is rest day tomorrow.... DRINKING SESSION!

Calculation of the Freya Server Wild card 2008

Whoa more 400 grand for Freya server only. Philippine Ragnarok Online has 3 pay to play and 2 free to play servers for a total of 5. With all that earnings for around 2 months, I wonder why Level-Up Games can't seem to improve the in-game lag and disconnections.

Thoughts on Ragnarok Philippines Wild Card 2008

I recently loaded my account in Ragnarok Online to vote for our bid in this year's wild card bid. And I was surprised to see so much votes in each of the nominated guilds. Here is a screen shot of the tally of votes on Freya server as of this moment.

Sunshine at last!

The past few days rained constantly because of Tropical Storm "LANDO". The storm was a hassle and a blessing I guess. It was cold and I had lots of sleep. It is nice to see the sun again,but there is another storm coming. Woot another storm! I hope there will be no power outage, strong winds and heavy downpour. One thing I like about rain is that the feeling of surrealism. Everything is dreamy, less people walking the streets and the calming sounds of raindrops. It may sound cheesy but try to listen to the Apo Hiking Classic "Pumapatak Naman Ang Ulan" Parokya Ni Edgar version. A nice song to listen while lying in bed. Hey I'm a bum and have the luxury of not doing anything.

"Synopsis:
At 2:00 am today, Tropical Storm "LANDO" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 190 kms West of Puerto Princesa, Palawan (09.7°N 117.2°E) with maximum sustained winds of 75 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 90 kph. It is forecast to move west at 19 kph. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm "MINA" was estimated at 1,030 kms East of Bicol Region (14.0°N 134.5°E) with maximum winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness of 80 kph. It is forecast to move west at 22 kph. moderate to strong northeasterly surface windflow prevailing over Luzon and Eastern Visayas.

Forecast:
Southern Palawan will experience stormy weather with rough to very rough seas. The rest of Palawan will have rains and gusty winds and the coastal waters will be moderate to rough. Southern Luzon, rest of Visayas and Mindanao will be cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms becoming widespread rains over Bicol Region and Eastern Visayas which may trigger flashfloods and landslides. The rest of Luzon will be mostly cloudy with scattered rainshowers.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and Eastern Visayas and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate blowing from the southwest and southeast with slight to moderate seas."

Will this be another failed blog attempt? I have started a lot of blogs all of them had a post or two. It just shows that I am lazy or I have nothing to blog about! A friend of mine persuaded me to blog again. I might earn and practice my writing she said. Oh well let us see if this blog survives.
